Which lash glue is right for you? EverLast, Mega Hold and Ultra Sensitive compared

The glue plays a big part in how long a lash set lasts and how relaxed you can work. The key question is not “Which glue is the strongest?” but: Which glue suits your working speed and your client? Here we compare our three lash glues for lash extensions in the studio.

Lash glue for the studio: EverLast, Mega Hold and Ultra Sensitive

The three glues at a glance

  • EverLast: dries in 0.5–1 second, lasts up to 10 weeks. For experienced lash artists who work fast.
  • Mega Hold: dries in 1–2 seconds, lasts up to 8 weeks. The all-round glue for practised lash artists.
  • Ultra Sensitive: dries in 4–5 seconds, lasts up to 4 weeks. Low-fume, low-odour formula for sensitive clients – and ideal for new lash artists.

All three are black, contain 5 ml and are suitable for classic and volume.

Drying time: faster is not always better

A fast glue saves time – but only with a steady hand. If the glue sets before the extension is properly in place, the result is untidy bases or natural lashes stuck together.

The drying time decides how much time you have to position the extension
  • New, or like to work calmly? With Ultra Sensitive you have 4–5 seconds to place and correct each extension.
  • Confident and quick? Mega Hold gives you 1–2 seconds to position the extension and is still fast.
  • Experienced, with a full appointment book? EverLast sets in 0.5–1 second – the extension is in place immediately.

Retention: what “up to” means

How long a set lasts does not depend on the glue alone. The preparation of the natural lashes, the room temperature and humidity in the studio, and the client’s aftercare also play a decisive role. You only reach the “up to 10 / 8 / 4 weeks” figures when these conditions are right.

Sensitive clients

Ultra Sensitive is intended for clients who react sensitively: the formula is low-fume and low-odour, and the glue is applied while the client’s eyes are closed. Ask about intolerances before the treatment.

For the best retention: primer and correct storage

  • Prepare the natural lashes. The Ultimate Lash Primer removes oil, traces of make-up and residue from the lash surface. A cleaner surface can improve glue adhesion and supports up to 35% longer retention.
  • Store the glue correctly. Wipe the tip after each use and close the bottle tightly. Store it upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not put an opened bottle in the fridge.

Important: for studio use only

Our lash glues are for lash artists in the studio – not for self-application, not for cluster lashes or strip lashes.

In short

  • New or sensitive client → Ultra Sensitive
  • Practised, all-round → Mega Hold
